Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc.

March of Dimes partners with Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. to work on initiatives concerning health and health equity. The organization’s national chapters, as well as its Top Teens of America chapters, form local teams to participate in March for Babies to raise funds to protect the health of families within their communities and beyond.

Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. is a national nonprofit educational humanitarian organization composed of women interested in the well-being of individuals and the preservation of values significant to wholesome living. It has 100 chapters with approximately 3,000 volunteers, and each chapter mentors a teen chapter. The organization is focused on mentoring youth, enhancing the status of women, enriching the lives of senior citizens, and community beautification.

In 1995, March of Dimes revitalized its partnership with Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. through a collaborative project titled, "Healthy choices: Your future and you!" Using the March of Dimes Teen-2-Teen health education series, each Top Teens of America chapter conducted an educational conference or other activity with a theme centered on making healthy decisions.
