March of Dimes fights for the health of all moms and babies. We support research, lead programs and provide education and advocacy so that every baby can have the best possible start. Building on a successful 80-year legacy of impact and innovation, we empower every mom and every family.
We imagine a world where every mom and baby is healthy regardless of wealth, race or
geography. Our goal is to end preventable maternal risk and death, preterm birth and infant death. To achieve these goals, we must also end the health equity gap.
