EVENT DETAILS

Paint the Town Purple is a community engagement and awareness campaign focused around World Prematurity Day and Prematurity Awareness Month. We invite you to show your support for moms and babies everywhere by wearing purple through the month of November. 

N2 Ice Cream Factory will feature a purple ice cream all month long! 
Raines on Main will feature a purple cocktail on November 17th and Electric City Brewing will have a grape seltzer on November 17th. 

At Carolina Wren Park, Drop-In from 5-8pm. We will have feature a one-man band, face painting and balloon art, give-aways, a community painting and let's cover a police car in Notes of Hope for families in the NICU, fighting to come home. 

There is also a scavenger hunt from now until Nov 17th! Find all 17 pineapples in the windows and doors of downtown Anderson businesses. Sponsored by: Real Estate by Ria!

Every year, 15 million babies are born prematurely worldwide, and 1 million will die before their first birthday. Your gift helps the March of Dimes fund research, education, advocacy and programs that help more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.

In SC, we lose 1 baby a day to prematurity! Your support matters and helps us support more families! 

NOVEMBER HAPPENINGS

Our event features an exclusive selection of auction packages for your bidding pleasure. These packages provide you with a chance to purchase trips, dining experiences and once-in-a-lifetime moments to share with friends, family, clients and employees. N2 Ice Cream Factory

All month long,  N2 Ice Cream Factory will feature a Purple Cotton Candy flavored ice cream that you don't want to miss. 

Electric City Brewing Grape Seltzer

On Nov 17th, the Electric City Brewing mobile unit will be at Carolina Wren Park will a fabulous grape seltzer. 

Raines on Main Puple Cocktail 

On Nov 17th, Raines on Main will feature a purple cocktail in honor of moms and babies. 

Real Estate by Ria Scavenger Hunt 

Who wants to be entered into a prize drawing? Show your support for moms and babies by participating in the Real Estate by Ria scavenger hunt! There are 17 pineapples in windows and doors or businesses in downtown Anderson! Get your scavenger hunt cards there too! 

Diaper Drop Off

Drop off diapers for NICU families at Whitner State on Nov 17th! Any size will be great! 

Book Drop-Off

Drop off Books for Lawson's Library - a library created for NICU Families by a NICU mom. It provides hope and a way to bond!

Notes of Hope

Please help us cover a Police Commander Vehicle with Notes of Hope for families fighting in NICU.
