As a valued partner with March of Dimes, EMD Serono is committed to improving the health of all moms and babies.

Their Healthy Women, Healthy Economies initiative aligns with March of Dimes’ work to improve maternal outcomes and focuses on the intrinsic link between a woman’s economic prosperity and the overall wellbeing of herself and her family.

Since our partnership began in 2017, EMD Serono uses our It Starts With Mom platform to engage those on their journey to parenthood and help employers in best-practice conversations to support employees before, during and after pregnancy. To achieve positive and enduring impact, EMD Serono also supports our advocacy efforts to promote state and federal policies that will provide equitable access to health care while seeking supportive work environments for all families.
