"Being pregnant should never be the cause of a woman to being discriminated against, denied any opportunity or compensated any less. This is not only illegal but detrimental to the health and financial future of women and their families. In 2017, March of Dimes achieved five state advocacy wins to support workplace accommodations for pregnant and nursing mothers. It’s a start, but we have to do more."
